Enjoy a separate entrance to the basement studio, with the entire space downstairs belonging to you during your stay. We have a free parking spot or you can take the bus right in front of the house. Bus routes to Downtown, Kildonan Place, Henderson hwy, University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg. We are a minute away from Transcona Golf Course, Club Regent, strip malls, and restaurants, 3 minutes away from Kildonan Place, and 15 minutes to downtown. Guests are provided with essential amenities including shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent for up to 7 days from check-in, based on average use. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies thereafter.

Our place is 5 minutes off Highway 1, near the busy Club Regent Casino area with shopping malls, businesses, and restaurants. Having said that, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a safe neighborhood, but we still recommend locking your car doors and bringing your bikes inside the yard. Bus stops are on Pandora and Regent. Westbound buses can take you to Kildonan Place, Downtown, UofW, UofM, Henderson Highway, etc. Winnipeg has both Uber and the traditional taxi. Food delivery can be: DoorDash (free delivery for RBC and Prime members), Skipthedishes, Uber eats, Fantuan, etc. *Please make sure your driver delivers to your side door.
