Welcome to this comfortable family-oriented home centrally located at St. James. The house is located seven minutes from the Winnipeg airport and five minutes from Polo Park mall. Winnipeg downtown business district and the Canada Life Centre are only a short trip away. There are numerous restaurants such as the popular St. James Burger within close proximity. Other family attractions close to the home include The Assiniboine Park, Sargent Sundae, and Living Prairie Museum.
Winnipeg airport, Polo Park, Assiniboine Park and Zoo, Sargent Sundae, Canada Life Centre are all within close proximities of the house. Free street parking available and free parking available at back of building. Cab/ taxi services are a short call away as the house is minutes away from the busiest mall in the city- Polo Park.
