The beautiful Sooke Seaviews is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit with 1 king bed in the master room, an upgraded mattress on the queen sofa bed in the living room, and a huge soaker tub in the master bathroom. The building was completed in 2021 and has deluxe finishing throughout with a fully equipped kitchen. Sooke Seaviews is just minutes away from many hikes and the boutique town of Sooke.   Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Note that this parking spot is for a small-size car only. Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of USD 375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for USD 150.00.
