There are 2 type of room available. One is private master room with private bathroom . Another is queen cozy room with shared bathroom in this large brand new SUITE. High light: great public transaction , bus 138 NEARBY the house can send you to CROWFOOT LRT. 3 stops to U OF C, 5 STOPS TO SAIT. WALKING DISTANCE TO 7-11. There is a large front deck. you can relax and enjoy sunshine during your staying 😉 enjoy your lovely day if you just want to take a breath with fresh air 😀 😍 Definitely you will love this place ❤ 💕 It's very convenient location,10 minutes drive away to UC, Sait, Downtown, Costco. T&T, super store; 2km distance to Bank, gas station, grocery store, shopping center, all kinds restaurant such as Japanese sushi 🍣, Chinese food, Starbucks, pizza shop, Macdonald, AW etc around this community, JUST 5 MIMUTES driving AWAY. 7 minutes walking distance to 7-Eleven, GAS STATION . It’s ideal place for new comers who has no car, best choice for traveling or business station. High light Is drive to Banff 60 mins and stay here spend night . 45 minutes to Canmore, 15 minutes to cop ski 🎿 resort.
