Lovely private garden level suite with separate entrance to a peaceful backyard near UBC, the forest, and the beach. Large bay windows, cool in summer, in-floor heating in winter. Strictly non-smoking and non-vaping home and yard due to sensitivities and no parties please as this is a peaceful space and a family home. Please note, the home is listed for sale in the fall so the owner may need to show the home but no more frequently than once per week.
While born and raised in Vancouver, I've had the privilege of living in the Yukon, Maui, and Costa Rica, and I've been hosted all over the world. I'm glad to now be able to return the favour for my fellow travelers and I'm always happy to offer tips and suggestions!
West Point Grey is a safe, peaceful neighborhood close to downtown, with mountain views, miles of forest trails, and easy access to amenities and many world class beaches.
