Welcome to "Blue Wave"! This is a very unique design two bedroom, one bathroom legal basement suite with a large windows and lots of day laight and sunshine. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Hampton Village. Very close to a parks, walking paths, spray park, bus transit. The airport is just a few minutes away! Also the property has venders nearby like Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Brewhouse, Tim Hortons, DQ ect. Perfect place to stay for bussines, vacation or just a visit. I ask that you treat my home with the same respect that you do your own. Only guests who are on the orginal bloking are allowed stay owernight , for any additional guests extra charge will apply. Only guests who are on the orginal bloking are allowed to use car parking spot, , for any additional guests extra charge will apply. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 10pm for my upstairs guests and neighbors. This is a private property and not visitors are allowed after 10pm. This is an absolutely non-smoking home { cleaning fee if broken this rule }. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside at east 5 meters away from the house and that you property put out and dispose of the cigarette outside. No open flames or candels are allowed on the property. Please no shoes or pets in the house. No events or parties are permited.
.Blue Wave" is a great place to stay for a friends, small family, couple or single person. The property is in area which is a very easily accessible to highway and to Saskatoon attractions. The suite have it's own separate entrance, laundry and free parking space on property. Guests also can enjoy full acces to TV, WIFI, towels and any others essentials. Suite also has dedicated work space with an easy setup desk. Room 1: This is a master bedroom with comfortable Queen-sized bed, 4 pillows, 2 nightstands with touch dimmable lamps. Room 2: This is a medium-size bedroom with comfortable one single bed, 2 pillows. Perfect for a kido or an adult. This room also includes a vanity table set with 3-color lighted mirror. Living room: The suite has a comfy living room with one sofa, TV, and dining table. Kick back and relax in this stylish space! You can enjoy free WIFI, 50" Smart TV, radio, CD and DVD player. Also this room includes a work or study place. Kitchen: This beautiful kitchen comes with essential utensils to help you make a delicious dish. There are cooking pots, pans, a coffee maker, kettle, different sizes of plates and bowls, glasses, cups ect. Bathroom: This decent sized bathroom comes with a hair dryer, towels, body and hair care products.
