Nice suite located a mile from town in a quiet forested setting. There are veggie gardens and farm animals to visit on site. Relax under the midnight sun on the historic Silver Trail to Keno City. World class fishing, hiking, skiing and more awaits you steps from your door. A nice bachelor unit located on a off grid homestead Door will be unlocked with your key on the counter. Enjoy your stay! Either message thru the app or come tap on my door. It’s a quiet rural residential area with often snow capped mountains in view Please use compost pail provided for French press grinds. Thank you.
I am operating a fully functioning off grid homestead in an Arctic environment. Mayo is the warmest and coldest spot in the Yukon. Temps range from +30C in summer to -50 during the winter. I am growing tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers on the property. Come checkout the animals including pigs,chickens and a turkey!
The area is extremely remote with a population of only 250 people. Town is the service centre for world class hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and historic canoe routes. Gear and helicopter access to headwaters is available in the territory.
