Situated in the centre of Toronto, just 2.2 km from Sugar Beach and less than 1 km from Ryerson University, A Seaton Dream features accommodation with city views and free WiFi. It is set 1.2 km from Yonge-Dundas Square and offers a housekeeping service. Hockey Hall of Fame is 2.2 km from the guest house and The Distillery District is 1.7 km away. Whether you are enjoying the Garden Patio, drifting off to sleep on our luxurious mattresses, or savouring a delicious hot breakfast, we look forward to making you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to stay in Toronto that is luxurious yet casual, then you have come to the right place. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure all of our rooms are equipped with High Speed Wi-Fi connections. We have a television in every room as well as a safe for storage of your passport and valuables.
We are your hosts Jamie and Alan. Way back in 2001 and one we bought this house simply as a home for us to live in, but sometime between signing the Purchase Contract and Closing Date it occurred to us that it would be the perfect place to welcome guests and offer them a place to stay on vacation where they would be comfortable and happy. I'm Alan and I can be quite outgoing. I had dreamed of doing something like this for decades. Jamie is pretty much the opposite of me. He is a "Home Body". For him the undertaking was a bit scarier but it has been proven to be the perfect fit. He pretty much runs the place and lives in a home where the world comes to him. It is hard to believe that this "idea" we had in 2001 has turned into a business we have run for over two decades. We have met so many wonderful people from around the world. We are located in Cabbagetown which is recognized as the largest continuous area of preserved Victorian housing in all of North America. Our Tree-Lined Street is just a 4 stop light (15 minute) walk from Dundas and Yonge, which is widely considered the heart of Downtown Toronto and the location of the Toronto Eaton Centre. One thing we love about Cabbagetown is that it is its own distinct community just steps from the vibrant Downtown Core. Toronto truly is a City of Neighbourhoods.
