Brand New in 2024, this fabulous A frame on massive lot surrounded by trees. Enjoy the large yard, fire pit, wrap around deck with Hot Tub in quiet community of Big Bay Point.
We have been cottagers / residents at Big Bay Point for many years and are so happy to be permanent residents with our young boys. We live across the street from the Aframe we finished building this year (2024) and available for any help you may need. Airbnb super hosts for 4 years with the utmost attention to great guest experience.
Big Bay Point is quietly nestled just down the street from Friday Harbour resort an 15 minutes from Hwy 400 & Mapleview in Barrie. Lovely folks here you'll meet when you wander around. Small beach down the road, government dock a nice stroll away to watch the stunning sunsets.
