Hi Welcome to Villa Maria these are a new construction right in the center of town close to all amenities, it consist of 4 bedrooms all with there own ensuites and fold out beds for the extra child or guest in each room. We will have another 2 Bedrooms finished shortly as well in total it will be 5 bedrooms. My wife has designed the whole structure inside and out . The location of these new villas are so good you do not need a car to get around to all the the city has to offer. The Villas are situated so you do not hear the noise from the city

There are many fantastic bars and restaurants close by to Villa Maria that offer great food and service also small Cafe close for coffee and breakfast in the morning as well. The area is very safe at night time for walking around
