Our team is trained to provide the necessary support promptly and accurately before, during, and after your stay. Our service hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and we also provide emergency phone numbers for overnight hours. With extensive experience in the seasonal rental market, we have efficient processes to ensure your safety and smooth rental experience. Count on us :) After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via WhatsApp, who will request additional information about their arrival to grant access and prepare their check-in. At the time of check-in, tenants will receive the instructions.

The charming studio, with Greek architecture, is strategically located in Higienópolis, an upscale neighborhood in São Paulo, close to Higienópolis metro station (Line 4 - Yellow), and in proximity to excellent local bars and restaurants. The building features a beautiful garden and a pleasant solarium, offering a unique experience during your stay. The property is equipped with a Smart TV, well-equipped kitchen, workspace, ultra-fast internet, double bed, and ceiling fan. • IMPORTANT RULES: • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • All tenants must provide a photo of an official document before check-in for pre-registration. • Visits are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed on the property. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested when making the reservation. • PLEASE REFER TO ADDITIONAL RENTAL RULES IN THE TEXT BELOW.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine equal to half a daily rate will be charged for delays up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates for delays beyond 1 hour. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated. • All infractions are subject to fines and termination of the lease without any refund of payments made. • Any fine imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be submitted no later than 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, tenant entry will only be allowed the next day after 8:00 AM, and no refund will be provided. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 5pm PM the day before the check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after the property's departure. • Photos of food, drinks, and plants are for illustrative purposes only.
