For Non-Refundable Policy Rates, the hotel requires a guarantee, either in the form of a credit card payment or money transfer. Please note for credit card payments, the hotel requires authorisation in the form of a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card.

Guests must present the same credit card used at the time of the booking for guarantee or pre-payment reservations. In case a third party is responsible for the payment, they must contact the hotel prior to check-in to provide properly documentation.
