The space has: 4-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker, blender, iron and other utensils.
My name is Débora and I'm originally from Floripa! I've never left here, because I like what Floripa offers: all the structure of a big city, but maintaining security and that intimate feel of a small town, where we have contact with neighbors and easily “bump into” friends, family and co-workers in the neighborhood. shopping mall, supermarket, etc… I really enjoy interacting with people and I will be very happy to welcome you to our accommodation and our beautiful city!
The neighborhood is in a very strategic and safe region, it has many “exits” accesses that connect neighboring cities such as São José (Kobrasol neighborhood at 3km) Shopping Itaguaçu (at 2.8km), access to the expressway at 1km, to travel to municipality of Palhoça where Unisul is located (University 12km). The neighborhood has a supermarket, bank branch, bakery, cafe, ice cream shop, gas station, pharmacy, and everything within a 1km radius. We are also approximately 800m from the Orlando Scarpeli Stadium and Florianópolis Hospital, a well-known public hospital in the capital. We are also 2.5 km from Unimed Hospital, and 20, 30 minutes from most of Floripa's beautiful beaches!
