Although the building is in a lively neighborhood, the apartment sits in the back of the building, so it's very quiet and private. The whole building is quiet, because few children live here. It's very safe too, because the front desk is open 24h/7. My apartment is cozy and filled with books and paintings. It's been recently renovated.
I love to make my guests feel at home. I try to be helpful, provide information, attend to their needs, but without intruding on their space. I'm always busy with my work and studies and spend a lot of time in my living room, which is my home office, so usually I prefer not to share it.
Perdizes is one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. Its HDI is 0,972. It's here that Brazilian TV broadcasting was born, in the famous building that housed Tupi TV and later MTV and other channels. Since then, the neighborhood has been associated with the art world and many artists, musicians and writers live around here. It's like Vila Madalena, the famous bohemian neighborhood - a few kilometers from here-, but less touristic and crowded. It's also a very green area, with many parks and squares. But it's hilly too.
