We are 6 km from the Airport. Maison de l'océan is ideal for receiving small families and couples. Come to Maison to enjoy the island and have a good place to rest. Parties or visits are not allowed. On the ground floor there is a WC and a large living room with a combined kitchen. In this space of the house, the high ceiling integrates and harmonizes the light. From the living room you have access to the winter garden, with plants and a hammock to relax. On the upper floor is the suite with air conditioning, closet, ceiling fan, airy and well lit; with balcony and access to the terrace. Also on this floor, the mezzanine forms the second bedroom, with a balcony, ceiling fan, good ventilation and natural light, open room with a view of the living room. The garden is large, with many plants and flowers. When you come back from the beach you have a nice shower to cool off. You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your companions during your stay. Silent hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Welcome to Maison de l'ocean. The house is a space created for you to relax and integrate with nature. Here you will find tranquility to enjoy your vacation time. For us, the important thing is for the guest to be able to connect with their loved ones and the surrounding nature. As we are 250 meters from the beach, we love being in the sea, surfing, swimming, diving, watching the sunrise and sunset. These are things that make us happy. Hosting is the chance to share and provide this experience for people who also enjoy being outdoors. You will be welcomed by Georgia, the owner, and Miro reservation manager. If you need any help we will be available on site or by message. They have lived abroad for a few years and enjoy hosting foreigners who speak other languages ​​and have a different culture. They speak well english.
We are in the South of the Island, trails like Lagoinha do Leste and Naufragados beach, beaches like Matadeiro, tours like sunset in Ribeirão da Ilha, a historic Village with local culture and several restaurants. Market, pharmacy, restaurant, quick snacks and a coffee shop on foot, 450m away. Now, for those who come by car or want Uber service, there are many options. Located in a quiet neighborhood (Areias do Campeche), a house is between Campeche and Morro das Pedras. The street where the house is located is quiet, as is the surrounding neighborhood. Campeche Island is one of the region's attractions that is worth visiting for its historic property and natural beauty. The closest points to get there are Armação beach or Campeche beach. Another attraction with just a 20-minute walk, passing by the beaches of Morro das Pedras and Caldeirão, is the largest freshwater lagoon in the city, which supplies the entire southern region of Florianópolis the Lagoa do Peri. The famous Lagoa da Conceição, postcard of the city, good food and entertainment, is just a 25-minute drive from the Maison. For those who want we can indicate our preferences of the area.
