The Rental Hosts are professionals dedicated to offering unforgettable accommodation experiences for tourists, professionals and families who come to know and explore Ilha da Magia and the coast of Santa Catarina. Vinícius, an affiliate of Hosts for Rental, takes care of this accommodation in person. Accommodations offer: - Large living room, integrated with the dining area and kitchen - Living room with Smart TV + basic cable TV package, plus 200 mega internet - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals - 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with a double bed and the second bedroom also with a double bed + single - Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the suite has cable TV - Service area with washing machine and iron for ironing clothes - One parking space for passenger cars The pool (using wristbands) and court (by appointment) are available for use. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are grounds for terminating your stay immediately and/or charging for any damages, extra cleaning and condominial fines caused by breaking these rules.

At the northern tip of the island of Santa Catarina, Praia Brava is located, one of the most charming and luxurious beaches in Florianópolis. The Água Azul condominium is in a privileged location at the entrance to the neighborhood and a few meters from the sand strip. In addition, it has an incredible infrastructure: wooded and well-kept common areas, swimming pool and court.
