Given the limited options for well-known hotels in Brunei, the Radisson Hotel stands out. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the reception staff did an excellent job. The hotel does seem a bit aged, and there was a notice near the lift indicating that renovations are ongoing on the second floor. I hope to see more modern rooms on our next visit. The location is very good, as it is near Regalia Museum and other mosques within walking distance. You can use the "Dart" mobile app to book airport transfers and other local transportation. For sightseeing, two to three days is more than enough in Brunei.
Strategically located within the hustle and bustle of the city centre, The Brunei Hotel offers accommodations in Bandar Seri Begawan. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant.

Different tourists have different tastes and preferences, hence my wonderful experiences of BSB may not be the same as that of others. But given the cost of my recent visit to BSB, I must say that it is like a "province" of Singapore -- with wide, landscaped roadways, generally clean points of interests, and sparsely populated (because of Ramadan?).
We did have a good time!

I love Bandar Seri Begawan.
I love Bandar Seri Begawan. It has been my ancestors' place of origin, of course, but that is not the only reason. The reasons are attractive places located at the heart of the city like Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien Park. Foods also can be found easily at the city at affordable price in Brunei dollar/ringgit.

Not a usual place for travellers, but once you're there you're in awe of the natural beauty and beautiful architecture of the country. It is a good place to travel to for a short trip of up to 4 days.

A taste of the South East.
A taste of the South East. Great food from so many different Asian countries. Very helpful calm happy people. Calm pace, they cannot be hurried. Large spaces, Pop-up street events. Covid-cautious.
My best dinner out was in KIMCHI Restaurant because I wanted Korean food. I was not disappointed. Not easy to get around as no public transportation easily available.... except you call for DART.

Its very small so 3 days is enough time. there isnt much to do but a trip to the mangroves to see the monkeys and to the rainforest is nice and peaceful if you are into nature. There isnt much luxury shopping and it is quite expensive. Local cuisine is good similar to their neighboring countries. Do try ambuyat its quite odd but worth a try.

Not much to d other then visit museums and markets.
Not much to d other then visit museums and markets. We ventured out to Tomburong which is a boat ride away and there are a lot activities there like sky walking where you go up 1000 steps n can see the jungle below, kayaking and trekking.
We ate at the local markets where local food is sold, cheap and very clean and food very tasty. If you are into gardening , few nice garden centers to visit . The only way to get around is by Taxi, which can be daunting g at times .

Very flexible in terms of hour of arrival (late night check in); room composition (possibility to add 1 extra bed in the room), nice amenities (like razor and toothbrush/toothpaste), soft towels-spotlessly clean.
Hotel offers at affordable price cab rides, airport pickup and a boat excursion.
Safe neighbourhood with plenty of good restaurants-we tried out the indian restaurant Serai Damai -which was at 300m, in the next street-excellent food. Shopping malls close by also.
Decent, comfortable room. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle service is very convenient. Good location - not right in the centre, but within easy walking distance of the waterfront and other attractions. The shuttle can also take you to specific locations around town at certain times, although we didn't end up using it: although nobody else in Brunei seems to walk anywhere, we found it was quite easy to walk around town from the hotel.
This hotel was located close to the airport, very convenient for short stop-overs in Brunei. The hotel also had a restaurant onsite which we really enjoyed. The restaurant prices were affordable and the food was great, we ended up eating there twice. The staff at the restaurant were also great, very friendly and charming.
The hotel is also just a short drive away from Gadong night market.
Excellent option for a short visit to Brunei. Rooms and facilities with High standard and walking distance to main mosque. They arrange pick up / drop off from / to airport.
The best guest house I've booked so far. Want to stay for more days if fits my schedule. Uncle hamza is the best! I will stay here again when I go back to brunei.
