Ovcha Kupel is fairly new neighbourhood. It has its student part, thanks to New Bulgarian University, but is also known for its hospitality by the young families. It is getting more and more diverse every day. 5 minutes from the property there is a metro station which gets you to the city center in less than 20 minutes. There are few hospitals and rehabilitation facilities around that make our apartments perfect for your visitations or procedures. For the nature lovers the neighbourhood is also giving. There are few parks and if you feel like skiing or just want to get out of the city for the day you can always go hiking, the mountain is 15 minutes by car and there is also direct public transport.
