All amenities for children are provided—children's pool, high chairs, baby cribs—allowing guests to enjoy a carefree vacation. The Botanical Garden and the Palace are only 2 km away or a 20-minute walk. There is a supermarket 100 meters away, as well as two restaurants. Varna Airport is a 30-minute drive by car. The villa has 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large banquet hall with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and a table for over 20 people. There is also a restroom with a toilet and a washing machine. 1st floor - There are 2 rooms with double beds and a foldable sofa. The total capacity of the first floor is 4+3 people. 2nd floor - There are 3 rooms – two double rooms with spacious private terraces. The third room has a mini kitchen and soft furniture.
