Villa Makeli is a family guest house. The host is a young local guy, always ready to assist his guests, aiming to provide the best possible experience during your stay. He will gladly help you light the grill, tell you about the surroundings, recommend places to walk, and suggest which beaches to visit. Assistance will be provided for decorating the villa for your celebration, as well as ordering catering and organizing a host for your party. Throughout your stay, I will be available for any questions you may have.

Villa Makeli offers 12 bedrooms with a capacity of up to 38 people. The house includes 5 apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, and a large terrace with a sea view, as well as a large penthouse apartment on the third floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a very large dining area with a kitchen and a seating area with a TV, where more than 30 people can comfortably gather. Villa Makeli also features a summer banquet hall on the first floor, right in front of our large sunlit pool. In the summer, our guests can enjoy evening gatherings on the spacious terrace by the pool, which has ample room even for the largest group. Our charcoal grill is also available for guests to use. All kitchens in the villa are equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The dining areas by the pool and in the penthouse apartment are stocked with tableware for 30 people. The pool at Villa Makeli is 5 by 10 meters, with a heated jacuzzi for 12 people at the top end. Next to the pool is our sun terrace with sun loungers, a hammock-style swing, and a seating area with soft furniture. In the villa’s yard, there is a children’s play area with swings, a sandbox, and a slide, as well as a large grassy field suitable for various sports. In the villa's garage, guests can play table tennis. When renting Villa Makeli, you get the entire villa exclusively for you and your group. The villa's yard and pool are for your exclusive use, with no shared spaces. Guests are provided with bedrooms according to the number of people. If the group is smaller than the villa’s maximum capacity, some of the bedrooms remain closed and are not used by anyone.

Villa Makeli is located in the center of the picturesque village of Rogachevo. There are two local grocery stores near the house. The distance to the beaches of Albena and Kranevo is only about 5 km. The town of Balchik, known for its wonderful seaside promenade and the famous Balchik Palace with its beautiful Botanical Garden, is 10 km away. In Balchik, you will also find numerous restaurants and attractions.
