Located in the heart of Sarafovo, Sunny Sand Studios is easy to find and close to all of the local shops, restaurants, and stores, with many essential ones located in the same building (Pharmacy, Bank, Grocery Store, 24 Hour Cigarette and Liquor, Beauty Salon, Bakery, and Clothing Store). We are also within walking distance of the airport and only a 200 meter walk down to the beach. Transportation via the 15 Bus to Burgas is also just across the street, making getting around town a breeze.

Naturally, going to the beach is a must almost year round, whether for swimming, water sports (kite surfing and wind surfing), jet skis, beach volleyball, relaxing on the beach, or eating at one of the restaurants directly on the beach in the summer, or going for walks, bike rides, or boat rides in the winter, the beach is the place to be. We also enjoy frequenting the many restaurants in the area, whether for seafood, Italian, or traditional Bulgarian cuisine, there are plenty to choose from. We are also a few steps from a new and very sweet addition to Sarafovo, "la Crèma" pastery shop where one can indulge on hand crafted sweets in a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. They also have a large play area for kids, and often organize kids birthday parties. With a variety of things to do, there is rarely a dull moment.

A quiet northern neighborhood of Burgas, Sarafovo is a family friendly location with several small parks for children to enjoy. Constantly evolving and developing, with new restaurants, stores, and hotels opening yearly, including a newly built Dock that's perfect for walks. Sarafovo also features a shore front walkway that connects it to Burgas and the famous Salt Pans where one can enjoy a rejuvenating dip.
