1st floor. Apartment Nº3. Top location. 3 rooms. Easy check-in. With wifi and cable TV 200+. Тop center of the city. Free parking nearby. Attention - if you come by car, the address is 11 Mara Buneva Street (the back entrance). On the main boulevard - near to Police, American University, City Garden and Municipality. It has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a huge terrace. Equipped with air conditioning, pc 8gb ssd, water heater, 3 TVs LED - 50 inches and 24 inches, refrigerator, stove, hood, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, tablet in the hallway with multimedia (music, forecast, weather, news and etc.) Please take the key from the nearest cafe 50 m from the location - Espresso Cultura-Specialty Coffee (next to the police parking lot), at 16 "Mencha Karnicheva" Street, 2700 Blagoevgrad, there is free parking opposite the cafe. The other free parking lot is right under the apartment - 11 "Mara Buneva" street. Here is also the back entrance, which is more convenient if you have a car. Parking space is not guaranteed (you may have to wait 10-15 minutes to become available). In case of late check-in, I will give you the key personally.

Quiet and peaceful place in the center. Extremely communicative location with strategic importance. There are 2 free parking lots nearby behind the building, one of which is directly under the apartment. The building has 2 main entrances - one in front on the boulevard next to FiBank and one in the back - next to the parking lot. Parking space is not guaranteed (you may have to wait 10-15 minutes to become available).
