Katerina Guest House is located in Kocherinovo, Kyustendil region, a few kilometers from Blagoevgrad, situated by the Rilska River. The house is self-contained and spread over two floors, combining modern style with coziness. It has 4 bedrooms - 2 double and 2 triple, each with its own bathroom. The maximum capacity is up to 10 people. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with 10 chairs, a living room with a fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a 52-inch TV. One of the bedrooms is on this floor, with 2 single beds. Each bed is equipped with high-quality mattresses and protectors. On the second floor, the remaining 3 rooms are located, two with a large bed and a sofa chair, and the third with two single beds. All rooms have balconies with views of the Rilska River. The entire house has free Wi-Fi and heating via a heat pump. The house is nestled in a quiet and peaceful corner, where you can enjoy fresh air and relaxation away from the city noise and hectic daily life. It has a large yard, an outdoor area with a canopy, tables, benches, and a barbecue with an oven, which can be used regardless of the season. In our garden, we grow fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs, with which we prepare heartwarming preserves and from which you can pick fresh produce in season to prepare something fresh to eat on the spot. Guests can use the tennis table and free parking in front of the house. There is a grocery store nearby. The surrounding mountains, Rila and Pirin, offer opportunities for rafting, trekking, horseback riding, fishing, cycling, skiing, snowboarding, and other adventures. We offer transportation and tour guide services, organize outings and picnics in nature, and visits to attractions.

It was very important to us that the house has a well-maintained garden where friends and families with children can spend time - everyone together, participating in the preparation of food, enjoying it in the yard by playing games, having pleasant conversations, and relaxing, creating, and learning. With passion, we created our garden where we grow strawberries and raspberries, various herbs, and spices. We planted fruit trees and vegetables that are harvested from early spring until late autumn. We transform these treasures into little wonders that we love to share with our guests in the form of freshly picked fruits and vegetables or soul-warming preserves. You simply must try them.
Barakovo is a village with a rich history, located just a step away from the beauties of the Rila Mountain. There are amazing places in the area that are worth visiting. They fill you with positive energy and make you enjoy the small moments, turning them into precious family memories over time. The places that our guests often visit include the Rila Monastery, the Ruensky Monastery, Ivan Rilski's Cave, the Stob Pyramids, the Seven Rila Lakes, the Old Town "Varosha," Melnik, Rupite, and Bansko.
