This contemporary one bedroom apartment is situated just across the street from one of Plovdiv’s best renowned hotels – the Grand Hotel. It’s supreme location in the heart of the city gives you quick and easy access to the city’s wonderful sightseeing, culture, shopping, dining and nightlife, while your comfort is assured by the quiet street of the building. The International Fair exibition is just 5 min walking distance. The flat is brand new and it is on the first floor of a modern private building, which has been among the nominees of the prestigious Building of the Year Awards a few years ago. The apartment is accessible both by lift and stairs. The space consists of one bedroom with a comfortable king - size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen box, a balcony and a terrace. There is a 50" flat screen TV with a list of national and international channels, including sports, science and kids programs. There is free fast Wi- Fi in all rooms.
