It is situated in Sea Garden adjacent to Flora Burgas beach, including all restaurants, coffee shops and beach night clubs. As part of the building are Restaurant Flora Bar & Grill, Flora Supermarket, Beauty Center and Gaming Club. Nearby are Nonstop Market Flora, Nonstop Speedy BBQ Burger Fast Food, Zaharo Coffee & Pastry Shop and Farm Products Market "Bash Bakaliya", as well as numerous other restaurants and coffee shops.
