This apartment has been designed so that guests could enjoy it all year round! Its interior is dominated by fashionable details in the seaside Boho style. It has modern and quiet air-conditioners, very comfortable mattresses, a large fridge with a freezer, smart TV with netflix, cable internet around 70 Mb/s, washing machine, an iron, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and an induction cooker, and everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The spectacular view of the sea, only 70 m away, creates a beautiful blue background for most rooms. The apartment has: an open space with a seating area with a sofa bed, dining area and kitchen, two independent bathrooms with shower and bathtub, two independent bedrooms and a balcony with a view of the Black Sea, Sveti Vlas Coast, Sunny Beach and the Nessebar peninsula. It comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. The building is located on a coast between 2 sandy beaches, a few minutes' walk from the famous Marina Dinevi. The apartment is located in building no. 9, on the ground floor of the well-maintained, quiet Dolce Vita-1 complex, in front of which there is a parking space with a remote-controlled barrier. Our guests can enjoy the swimming pool, open 24 hours a day, including sunbeds and umbrellas. On the nearby beach there are numerous restaurants. The nearest restaurants, Cactus and Mexana Monastir, are located only 150 m from the apartment. A children's playground is situated in front of the complex.

Smoking in the apartment is forbidden - smoking is allowed only on the balcony. 3. Between 22:00 and 7:00 are quiet night hours. 4. It is possible to order a paid airport transfer. 5. The place is quiet and intimate, ideal for couples, families and anyone looking for the charms of the beach, as well as a way to spend time without the holiday hustle and bustle. There are restaurants right next to it, shops and the Marina Dinevi nearby. On the other hand, people thirsty for all-night fun and night entertainment will not be bored either. There are several well-known clubs on the nearby Marina Dinevi, you can also visit the nearby Sunny Beach where numerous bars, discos, clubs and casinos await adventure seekers. The nearby water parks are waiting for the little ones. It is about 10 km to the magical, ancient Nessebar, you can go there by boat from the nearby marina or go to dinner by car. This place is a real pearl for history lovers. Active tourists can enjoy numerous water sports and various trekking trails in the nearby national park, one of which starts right next to our facility. There are spectacular views of the entire bay and Nessebar, you can also meet interesting animals there, such as the Greek turtle. The nearest Marina encourages walking, shopping and admiring moored yachts. You can rent a yacht here or take a boat trip to historic Nessebar. There are two beaches in 2-minutes walking distance. For those who love wild beaches, we recommend Vaya Beach, which can be reached only by car. There are several water parks in the area and we highly recommend to visit Sozopol and Ravadinovo Castle with children. Bus communication works well and from the bus stop 300m away you can easily travel between the coastal towns and Burgas.
