Our family has been living in US for 23 years, traveling for education, pleasure and work all over the world, staying in various categories of places - from desert in Black Rock City as part of Burning Man, wooden barns with spring beds only, to 5 star hotels in US, Canada, China, India, and all over Europe. Living in 5 different states for 16 years, owning two houses in US, being visited by one of the most renown Bulgarian, Eastern European and American artists, musicians, politicians, sports players and friends, we decided to return back to Bulgaria and create a welcoming place for our old friends and invite new ones. We carry the American hospitality and exceptional customer service with us and would love to share them along with our rich experience as tourists and hosts.

American hospitality at City Boutique Inn. Located in the heart of City of Varna on the Black Sea in Bulgaria. We purchased this fantastic property - a cultural monument, built in 1925 as a bank, converted into a contemporary, comfortable place to stay while visiting the Pearl of Black Sea.

City Boutique Inn is located in the most prestigious and sought after area in Varna - The Greek Neighborhood, right across Maritime Administration Building which is one of the most prominent landmarks in the city. House is steps away from the Roman Baths of Odessos, Center of the city and pedestrian areas, St Athanasius Orthodox Church and Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin. Located 7 minutes walking from the beach and Sea Garden - situated on 850 dekares (210 acres) along the seaside line.
