Capital City Center Apart Residence is located in the centre of Plovdiv, a 10-minute walk away from the Old Town and a 15-minute walk away from the International Fair and the Roman Theatre. On site there is an outdoor and indoor free guarded parking. All apartments are equipped with designer furniture and feature free WiFi, flat-screen TV with cable channels, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, minibar and air conditioning. Guests can also use for free a 4000 square metres Pulse Fitness & SPA Center on site. The fitness has the newest equipment for strength, cardio and functional training. The SPA area offers traditional and sport massages, pilings, relaxing, weight loss and exotic procedures, Himalayan sauna, Finish sauna, aroma steam bath, panoramic steam bath and hammam. The property is located 210 metres away from Railway Station Plovdiv and 15 km away from Plovdiv Airport. Shuttle services can be arranged upon request and at a surcharge.
