Our spacious two-bedroom apartment has an amazing view that we want to share with you and lots of sunlight in the rooms. We are situated at the beginning of the central pedestrian zone where you can find a large variety of restaurants and bars as well as places that celebrate the cultural arts. The Sea Garden, the beach and the marina are 10-15min by walking. There is direct access to public transport in front of the building that will lead you to the Mall, Airport and Golden Sands. The apartment is on the 3rd floor WITH NO LIFT access and consists of: - Two bedrooms (queen size beds) with access to a small balcony with one bathroom and WC - Open plan kitchen/ diner/ living area with Sofabed, smart TV and V cable - A Spacious balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and spectacular sunsets The living room and large bedroom have air-conditioning. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a heater. All rooms have dedicated workspaces and access to internet. PARKING IS PAID. Few things that might help you make your decision: - From 1st of August 2020 all the parking spots around us will be paid from 9am till 7pm excluding weekend - 1lv per hour with the restriction of 3 hours maximum stay. There is a paid 24/7 parking which is around 5min by walking. - Pets are welcome. Please agree with me in advance. - Long and short-term guests are both welcomе - Please let us know if you are visiting with a young child as we have a basket full of toys/books, a cot bed, and high chairs that we can provide. - To make your stay in our lovely city Varna even better we will leave some personal recommendations for the best bars and restaurants. We will also provide the information needed for any sightseeing you wish to do as well as the location of the nearest stores/pharmacies, reliable taxi contact numbers, etc.
