Inside, you’ll find everything you need: a kitchenette equipped with an extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, air fryer, stovetop, electric kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. The living area includes a TV with digital channels, internet, and a small sofa for relaxing. The studio has a double bed and a wall bed. Enjoy a private bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, and a reserved parking spot. Essential amenities such as an iron, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, dishes, and towels are also provided. House Rules 1. No Fish Cooking: To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, cooking fish is not allowed in the apartment. 2. Wall-Bed Usage: • The wall-bed is available for guests who prefer not to share the double bed. • The total number of guests is limited to 2 adults. • By exception, a third guest can be a child up to 12 years old, for an extra fee of 25% of the nightly rate.
