Host Information

Feel at home at this 2 bedroom apartment with a moderate gym and stunning views of the canal. This apartment is in a newly generated developing location. Perfect travellers, business singles, couples, and a small family of 2. All rooms have doors leading to the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. All rooms have USB sockets for charging mobiles phones. TV has both connections for streaming Apple or Google tv. There is also a moderate setup home gym at the flat for you to do some strength training if you do not fancy going for a run by the canal There are some bars, shops and restaurants with events just within walking distance to the flat at the other side of the canal which takes you through to the city centre. A list of highly recommended restaurants to eat in the city is provided freely to our guests by the host. Our flat is just about 15 - 20 mins walking from the apartment to the start of Oudbrug Street the beginning of the old city centre. In-house shoes are permitted to be worn indoors within the property, and smoking is not allowed in the property, but guests can smoke on the apartment balcony.

Beautifully loacted in an upoming neighbourhood. Very nice and close to the river canals . The  neighbourhood gives you the needed rest away from the busy city centre ,while at the same time the neighbourhood is just 15 minutes' walk to the city centre. Jogging is allowed around the canals, and the place is very close to Dampoort train station and supermarkets. There are also  bus services networks, from dampoort going to Holland, Germany, and  France. There is a sporthal used for indoor basketball and netball and some other sporting activities.
