It concerns a house, which I renovated with an industrial touch. It is perfect for a short-term stay for work or tourism. Given the various hiking/ cycling routes in the area, I mainly host cycling & hiking tourists. You can safely store your bike indoors. Upon arrival, you will receive a code for self-check-in between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM, allowing you to start your stay at your convenience within these hours. In the shared dining room and kitchen, you can enjoy free coffee and tea. You may also use the refrigerator, and, of course, WiFi is available. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom. Cooking in the kitchen is not allowed, and there is no television or air conditioning in the bedroom. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. This is a homestay, meaning the stay includes accommodation only, without breakfast. It is not a b&b.If you are looking for more luxury, I kindly refer you to a nearby hotel. Please respect the quiet hours in the common areas between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Room 1 is the largest bedroom, located on the first floor, featuring a comfortable 140x200 cm bed. The wooden floor adds a warm ambiance, though it may creak slightly in places. Room 2 is a smaller double bedroom, also on the first floor, but with the largest bed, measuring 160x200 cm. Please note: The staircase is steep, so it is advisable not to bring large suitcases. Two small suitcases are more practical than one large one. My accommodation is intended for a calm and respectful experience. It is not suitable for prostitution or as a rendezvous hotel. Private reception of (prostitution) clients in the accommodation is strictly prohibited. The guest who books the room will receive the key after presenting valid identification from the guests, as mentioned in the reservation.
