We are situated in what is known to be the best residential area of Bruges, Christus Koning (Christ King). While the distance to the central square is about 15 minutes walking, there is no trouble what so ever with noisy streets or noisy people in the streets. On the north there is the picturesque little 'Bourgondisch vaartje' (stream of Burgundy) which is flanked by impressieve ancient trees. At the end of this stream is the 'Visart park' with the impressive early 20th century upper class house architecture, a relaxing landscaping area, a childrens playground where they'll find it hard to leave, and even a mini traffic park for the childres to enjoy learning traffic without cars.
