  • we are local.. we live 30 seconds from ur property. we live in esmeralda as well.. we just dont have a pool. but it is ok. we respect the rules.

    The villa , pool and patio is 100% private . You can walk to the nearest ocean access point for about 12-13 minutes (to Tres Trapi).
