Luxury deluxe suite (including free continental breakfast) with 3 bedrooms available in private section of home with pool and gardens overlooking picturesque canal in quiet residential area of Mermaid Waters. Close to Gold Coast's many attractions (incl large Shopping Centres, Casino, Beaches, Theme Fun parks & Convention Centre). Private bathroom (with shower, bath & basin), separate toilet, basin room & laundry included. Plenty of onsite complimentary parking and free Electric Vehicle Charging. Further, there is free high speed wifi for guests. The space The Luxury Deluxe suite available for reservation comprises: (1) Canal view bedroom with 2 king single beds, smart TV, Air Con and fan, and (2) Garden view bedroom with king size bed, smart TV, Air Con and fan, (3) Pool view bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and fan. Guests have complete privacy in this section of home with one private bathroom (both shower and bath) and separate toilet. The suite contains a bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and electric jug and toaster as well as crockery and cutlery for the convenience of guests. There is also a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. There are many highly rated restaurants economically priced and nearby. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning at the outdoors covered dining area overlooking the canal and pool, to get you started for the day. This private BNB deluxe suite is not ideally suited for meal preparation or indoor dining. However, there is a stunning outdoors covered dining area for takeaway meal dining. This luxury deluxe BNB suite is located in a separate and private section of the home (unlike many BNBs) and guests have the exclusive use of that section. Guests will have their own key and the BNB section has its own locked door from the remainder of the house, making the suite private and secure. Guests can come and go in private as they please. Free onsite complimentary parking for guests.

Conveniently located close to Gold Coasts many attractions including: (1) Q Super Centre with over 80 retailers including supermarkets and restaurants incl Seafood, Thai, Chinese etc (3 min drive/12 min walk - 1.5km), (2) The Star Casino at Broadbeach (9 min drive - 4.6 km), (3) Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach (6 min drive -3.4k - largest regional shopping centre in Qld), (4) Convention Centre at Broadbeach (8 min drive - 5km), (5) The ever popular Gold Coast beaches (8 min drive - 4.3km), (6) Surfers Paradise (14 min drive 7.6km), (7) Dreamworld, Movie World, Australian Outback Spectacular, Top Golf, Wet and Wild (21 min drive - 24km), and (8) Sea World, Southport (19 min drive - 13km).
