Sitting on the Esplanade directly opposite Bulcock Beach, Waterview Resort offers apartments featuring a balcony with sea views. There is a heated lagoon pool and free covered, secure parking. Every apartment features air conditioning and lift access to all levels. Free unlimited high-speed WiFi is available. Each Caloundra Waterview Resort apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and contains 2 bathrooms. All apartments have laundry facilities and feature cable TV. Guests are welcome to relax in the tropical gardens. There are barbecue facilities and an outdoor area for sunset dining. Theme park tickets and tours to the Hinterland can be booked at the resort’s tour desk. Waterview Resort is just 2 minutes’ walk from the Caloundra town centre’s shops and restaurants. Both Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo and The Big Pineapple are a 25-minute drive away.

They believe Happy Valley is the ideal location for families and couples alike. Whether you like to stay and relax at The Waterview and enjoy the pool and garden area, or take advantage of the many water activities that are available. There is something for everyone. End the day with a picturesque stroll along the boardwalk and you will fall in love with the place as much as Jason and Ella have.

Our large apartments are all two bedrooms, two bathrooms, including two penthouses, one of which is three bedroom, two bathroom and are fully self contained and air conditioned. We also offer the use of a heated pool, underground secure car park and lift access. Location is everything and the elevated beachfront position in front of the family friendly Happy Valley Park and Beach gives every apartment wonderful ocean views.

We believe Caloundra has the best of both worlds. It has some amazing cafes and restaurants to choose from but still has the old world charm of yester year. Some say it is like the country with a beach. Walking, reading, swimming, eating, relaxing, going to the movies are all very popular things to do. Day trips to the near by country towns, major shopping centres or major tourist attractions are all very close and easily accessible. You can be busy...or not.....depending on the holiday you want.
