A perfect inner city escape for families, couples and/or friends to enjoy. Our bedrooms feature queen beds with luxury sheridan sheets and towels for your comfort as well as panel heating to keep you warm on those colder nights. 2 of the bedrooms have built-in robes. We have a gorgeous open plan dining and living room leading to our sunroom that's perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for those nights when you want to make a home cooked meal and we provide olive oil, salt & pepper, teas, sugar, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and pods. In the living and dining room there is a heat pump and panel heating to keep you nice and warm. There is a 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting for 6 outside so you can enjoy a BBQ in the city on those lovely sunny days. There is a brand new renovated bathroom with walk in shower and a laundry space to complete the home. There are steps leading up to the entrance of our home and small steps inside the house. We are excited to be able to offer our guests of street parking, however, our garage is only suitable for small to medium sized cars and not SUVs or larger cars. You can still park on the street all day on the weekends and there is free street parking just up the road during the weekdays.
Hello, we're working professionals who love our city of Hobart, Dean grew up in West Hobart and Alice grew up in Richmond. We welcomed beautiful daughter Isobel into the world a year ago and have been enjoying parenting so far! We love our West Hobart home and are lucky to have the opportunity to share it with you too! We have travelled extensively and love meeting new people and having fun experiences! We really hope you choose to stay at the Warwick St Retreat and enjoy your stay when you're here. Close to the iconic North Hobart strip! Close to Hobart central 1920’s federation house Smolt kitchen on hill street does great coffee and brunch There is the train park on the corner of Warwick and Hill st. The famous Hill st grocer is located on the corner of Hill st and Arthur st Walking only takes 10 mins to get to town and 5 mins walk to north Hobart strip Uber takes a few minutes to get a driver Buses are available along Elizabeth street If you are hiring a car there is a garage to park your car in. Please note the garage only fits small to medium sized cars. There is all day parking on the road on Hill St
