The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification.

This property requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are as follows: AUD 100 for one-bedroom apartments, AUD 200 for two-bedroom apartments, AUD 300 for three-bedroom apartments, AUD 500 for sub-penthouse apartments, six-bedroom penthouse.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Between the dates of 19 November 2022 to 5 December 2022.all guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the property.
