Conveniently located on the ground floor of a four-level building nested on the edge of Darwin's stunning Botanic Gardens, this bright and breezy apartment provides an ideal base for discovering the city's eateries, attractions, and natural beauty. A tiled, open plan kitchen, dining and living area offers four large and comfy armchairs to kick back and relax around the TV, with ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout to keep you cool on balmy, tropical days. Enjoy expansive views out to the lush garden surrounds through glass sliding doors, which open out to the undercover decked balcony where a table setting offers a scenic outdoor dining option. The indoor dining area features a four-seater table to enjoy meals at home, with the kitchen offering all that is needed to cook up a feast including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. The main bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom has two king single beds. In the bathroom you'll find all the basics – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – for your use, along with a shower. The bathroom also features laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. When you're not relaxing on the balcony or exploring the sights, take advantage of the building's shared amenities including a pool and BBQ area. Other conveniences include a study desk, Wi-Fi throughout, and free parking on the premises. A porta cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra cost. George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens is a stone's throw from your balcony, where you can explore a colourful and extensive array of plants from northern Australia and tropical areas around the world. Take a break from sightseeing and enjoy coffee and cake at the garden's onsite eatery, Eva's Cafe. Mindil Beach Sunset Market is a 25-minute walk or five-minute drive, and is held from April-October. Visitors can discover a range of food stalls, arts and crafts and live entertainment. Other local attractions include the casino, Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
