GREAT VALUE • SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE SUNSHINE COAST HINTERLAND All Guests LOVE The Views. ENTIRE PLACE • Shared Driveway & Unique Scenic Valley Lookout Position Experience an Authentic, Vintage, Sustainable, Self-Sufficient Off-Grid Eco Tiny House On Wheels. This is a semi-rural, family-owned property. We generally accept Instant Bookings and late arrivals (preferably before sunset). Our highest priority is your peaceful & enjoyable stay and an excellent experience for all. This design consists of three separate living areas: one queen size bedroom, one combined private and lockable bathroom with shower and toilet, and a main combined kitchenette and lounge area including a club lounge (couch), as well as facilities including a washing machine and drier, basic cooking and washing facilities, together with a great medium-sized caravan refrigerator & freezer - all rolled into one space! This is a cozy and warm space with sunny attractive cream off-white ceiling drapery, with golden, yellow, orange, and natural brown hues featuring large old-fashioned airy double-glazed windows (which we may help you with) all made from recycled timbers and materials.
We are generally on-site, but after a friendly welcome and a quick orientation on how to get the best use out of the off-grid features of this Tiny House, we leave you to it. We can be contacted anytime either via messaging through this booking platform (checked regularly, almost hourly), or by phoning us through the app, or by approaching us in person.
We live in the Blackall Ranges which are mainly settled by retirees and middle-upper-income residents, with many new settlers arriving recently, and it has a European and English Country Town feeling to it. We are in a high-value tourist area welcoming many travelers worldwide, both locally from the sunshine coast and regionally from nearby Brisbane City (one hour away). The nearest public swimming areas in summer are Kondalilla Rockpools (4 mins drive, 25 min walk) and Baroon Pocket Dam (10mins drive). We are 3 mins drive (2 kilometers) or a 25-minute walk along an attractive walking path 300 meters from our front entry driveway to the Montville Village Town Centre.
