The middle level features a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area with all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including, premium appliances, a six-seater table and stools at the kitchen island. Sliding glass doors open to a lush terrace in the treetops—the perfect spot to sip your morning cuppa. The air-conditioned living area is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and cosy armchairs to settle in with a movie, book, or simply kick back and enjoy views of the palm trees. Ascending upstairs, three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms offer a king-size bed, a double bed and a queen-size bed respectively. The primary bedroom features a walk-in robe and deluxe ensuite, while a second bathroom on this level caters to the other bedrooms. The home's essence radiates from its sun-splashed patio and pool area, boasting a BBQ and outdoor seating where you can enjoy casual meals in between swims. From the backyard—complete with a charming fish pond and abundance of tropical greenery—you can access the separate granny flat. Self-contained, it comes equipped with a queen-size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Added conveniences include Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, a half bathroom, off-street parking for four cars, and a private washing machine and dryer.
