Staying at Mill Cottage in the self-contained King Suite affords you time to unwind in comfort where the peacefulness of the rural setting helps relax you from the hustle and stress of everyday life. The serenity of our location lends itself to reconnecting with oneself and others. The tranquillity and peace of our place is quite special. The studio is attached to but separate from the main house, which is our residence. Your space is fully self-contained, has a separate entrance with no shared internal spaces. We are about 15 from Cygnet and 30 mins from Huonville so be sure to buy your food supplies before you arrive. If however due to the timing of your arrival, you are unable to shop, we provide your first morning breakfast. When we have the produce, we share farm fresh eggs, zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers. Don't count on it however because sometimes our gardening skills are a little patchy. We are only a short drive away from many wonderful places to see, eat, walk or swim. Please see our guide book for more about our neighbourhood.

We love to have people enjoy our outdoor shared spaces. Come and bring your vino and your food to BBQ and if you want some company, we are more than happy to sit and get to know you. We are easy-going and more than happy to help you enjoy your time with us.

Our property sits beside a beautiful creek with unhindered views to the ocean - about a kilometre away. Stunning. Sitting on the deck in summer, watching the sun set to the west with orange, purples and blues, is delightful and often photographed by our guests. We are rural so we are on water tanks which means careful use of this resource is requested in summer. Our nearest neighbours are many metres away and all, are on large rural properties with lots of wildlife. We have a large open deck to enjoy the views and an outside covered BBQ area for shared use. We have chickens and plenty of wildlife to enjoy.
