Guests under the age of 16 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian over the age of 18. Children aged 17 will need a letter from a parent or official guardian to stay in the dormitory rooms.

Guests are required to show a photo identification (Passport or Australian driver's licence) and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay a credit or debit card.

Please note that guest credit card imprint is required upon check in to guarantee any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees.

The maximum occupancy is 1 person per each capsule.

Based on Australia's fire safety regulations, all of the capsules need to be remained unlocked; however each of every capsule comes with its own locker to store luggage and belongings.

Please note that the reception is open from 10:00 AM to 9PM.
