For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to Swan Lake Retreat, a charming holiday rental nestled in the serene village of Cudmirrah. This exquisite getaway offers a peaceful and adult-only retreat for up to four guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms ensuring comfort and privacy. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon and Wifi is available. Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski) No smoking inside the house No Pets allowed.
