Company information

Hi, we are Morgan and Molly, thanks for checking out our page. Prior to running Surfside Ocean Beach I (Morgan) was a Physical, Health and Outdoor Education teacher for 10 years. Having taken a step away from teaching I am absolutely loving life running and managing Surfside. On the days I am not working around the property to ensure a wonderful stay for our guests, you will find me across the road at the beach most likely with our dog Delta. I love to surf, skate, mountain bike, play basketball and spend time in nature usually hiking or riding. My wonderful wife Molly, runs her own Occupational Therapy business in town. Specialising in children with behavioural difficulties and Autism. She is very arty, having painted multiple different pieces of art around the property and in the chalets. Molly also loves to explore nature by walking and hiking, usually taking our dog Delta with her. They will explore many kilometres of bushland daily. We are lucky enough to live onsite here at Surfside. Molly and I love meeting our guests but also highly respect their privacy during their stay. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you would like to know about the local area. Our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom chalets each have fully self contained kitchen and laundries, reverse cycle air conditioning, under cover parking, TV's, DVD's & stereo's (on request), BBQ's and outdoor seating. All bedding and bath linen is supplied, all you need to do is bring your beach towel. Enjoy the spacious 2 acre grounds with children's playground and basketball area or just sit and watch the abundant bird life while keeping an eye out for the local kangaroos. 10 minutes from Denmark's town centre our beachside location offer you a quiet place to relax and put your feet up, or to get out and about exploring our great region.

Neighbourhood information

Uniquely located, Surfside sits on 2 acres on the South Coast in Denmark Western Australia. All chalets are directly across the road from where Wilson Inlet meets the sea at beautiful Ocean Beach. Activities enjoyable from your doorstep include: swimming, surfing, kayaking/canoeing, fishing, bird watching, hiking/walking, kite surfing, cycling or simply lying on our green grass and relaxing. The Bibbulmun track goes straight past our front door and the Mundabiddi track is just up the road. There are beautiful wineries, cheese factories and chocolate factories to explore and enjoy along with the many pristine beaches from Walpole to Albany which is an easy day trip by car from Denmark.
