Ground level living opens onto a covered wraparound terrace capturing morning sunshine, wide water views and sparkling city lights from Broadbeach to Surfers Paradise. Mere moments from Main River, the large pontoon is a bonus for boaties while kids won't want to leave home with their own sandy beach and a large lagoon-style pool. **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** NOTE: All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. - Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require an external 5000AUD bond LISTING DISCLOSURE ~~~~~~~ By confirming your reservation, you are acknowledging that you have carefully reviewed the listing and these house rules.
