Beautiful, relaxing single level home with a pool, sleeps 12. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Modern, stylish waterfront property located centrally in the heart of the Gold Coast. Walking distance to Surfers Paridise, Southport golf club 600m, Gold coast racecourse 300m, shops, supermarket are under 3km to the beautiful gold coast beaches. In quiet col-de-sac street with secure parking for 4 cars. Great for families with a large back yard for soccer/cricket/boules area on artificial turf. Gourmet kitchen and Webber Bbq. A heated outdoor hot shower by pool. You will love this home from the minute you arrive. This single level, open plan with a huge king lounge, pool and TV in each room, Foxtel included, Netflix and Stan. Hi speed Wifi included, easily walk to shops, restaurants and the beach or stay at home and fish off the pontoon and catch Mud Crabs with pots on Jetty. Short 15 minute drive to Theme Parks and other attractions. We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request. **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** NOTE: All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. "Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A 30AUD booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation" - Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external 5000AUD bond
