Peak Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Saturday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Saturday being the arrival and departure day. Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team. How is the property laid out? Downstairs: Walking through the front door into Sea Mist you find a Media Room to the left and the Garage entry to the right. Beside the Garage door is a powder room and opposite that is study with work space. Head straight through the entry hallway past the laundry (top loader washing machine) and you'll reach the airy kitchen, living and dining spaces, easily opening via glass sliding doors to the large backyard and BBQ areas. Upstairs: Coming up two flights of stairs you find yourself in a generous lounge and TV area leading out to the beach side balcony. All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master with Queen bed,built in wardrobe and ensuite overlooks the backyard. Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, and built in wardrobe also overlooks the backyard. Bedroom 4 has a Double bed and built in wardrobe and opposite is Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. The main bathroom with shower, bath tub, toilet and vanity is beside Bedroom 2.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
