Welcome to Sandown! A cute and cosy freshly renovated property in a quiet street only 600m from the Bongaree waterfront where you can find many picnic and BBQ spots and enjoy the amazing sunsets. You will unwind and rejuvenate with shops, cafes & parks all within walking distance. This lovely property is suitable for a family holiday or friends wanting some time out, relax and enjoy everything that Bribie Island has to offer for your next holiday! This holiday home is composed of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom/laundry, free wifi and a large smart tv in the living room. Features include:- 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double and 2 Single beds) Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and induction cooktop Lounge with Smart TV plus WiFi Pet Friendly Airconditioning Fully fenced private backyard Carport and parking for 2 cars Lots of play areas and parks nearby as well as The Jetty, fresh seafood and chips and coffee shops. No need for the car. With Australia Zoo only 47 km from the holiday home and the nearest airport is Brisbane Airport, 62 km, this is the perfect location for a home base while you explore everything Bribie and the surrounding areas have to offer. This lovely property is suitable for a family holiday or friends wanting some time out, relax and enjoy everything that Bribie Island has to offer for your next holiday! PET FEE 30 aud per night per pet We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
