Welcome to Sandford Views. A lovely getaway spot for anyone who loves the beach, bushwalking, biking and birdwatching. You can enjoy peace and quiet and listen to nature. The best part of our property is that we are only 400m walk to the Mortimer Bay beach and Tangara trail from the property. You can walk from our property to the bushland. You can also spot the famous Aurora Australis in only a 10-minute drive at Goat Bluff Lookout. Local cafes, pub and supermarkets are only a few minutes away. A modern, recently renovated self-contained unit provides a peaceful and quiet space if you are looking for a good time away far from the city. Our house is next to the unit, but we are happy to keep out of your way. You will have your own space and everything that you need for your stay. We are happy for guests to walk around our 2.5 acres property excluding the main house and back yard. Sandford is a 30 minute drive from the Hobart CBD, and 25 minutes from the Hobart Airport. Please note a sofa bed is available for 3rd person only.
Your hosts are Sam and Pear. We are a young Tasmanian couple who love this magical and peaceful area. We love camping, bushwalking, and walking on the beach. We are happy to offer local advice, but we are also happy to keep out of your way. We would love to ensure you have a great time staying with us!
